About Dianna Allen
Over the past 20 years I have guided clients who felt overwhelmed, anxious, or full of self-doubt to find the confidence and emotional freedom to define and pursue their purpose in life. I work with clients to find the tools and intervention styles that serve them on their personal journeys.
I believe nutrition, exercise, the arts, and time in nature play significant roles in mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, and include these when they are beneficial for my clients.
In my role I am determined to:
- honor human rights and dignity
- improve people's wellbeing and abilities
- support client resilience and effectiveness
- maintain client safety in the process of counseling
Core values I encourage in my work with clients:
Balance: Creating time and energy to enjoy life
Belonging: Feeling that we belong in the world
Courage: Being able to do work, even when it is scary or difficult
Openness: Accepting new ideas and change
Mission Statement: Supporting wellness with gentle exploration and guidance.
Vision Statement: To help clients heal and grow so that they may focus on living their best life and making a positive mark in the world.
I currently hold a professional license to practice therapy in Pennsylvania (LPC) and provide Development Coaching for specific challenges in and outside of the US.
