About Dianna Allen

Over the past 17 years I have guided clients who felt overwhelmed, anxious, or full of self-doubt to find the confidence and emotional freedom to define and pursue their purpose in life. I work with clients to find the tools and intervention styles that serve them on their personal journeys.
I believe nutrition, exercise, the arts, and time in nature play significant roles in mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, and include these when they are beneficial for my clients.
I can help you:
- explore your challenges and needs with self-compassion
- develop insight into where you are on your journey and where you want to go next
- sort through and prioritize both short- and long-term goals and
- develop skills and practices to bring some serenity and harmony back into your life
